Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
Shipping will not be refunded.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only!
- All returns must be returned in 14 days from purchase date.
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
- Mystery Boxes ARE FINAL SALE.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box (if came in one).
- Return shipping/exchange fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Kays Chapel Boutique would pay for the returned shipping.
- If you are needing an exchange please put the packing slip back in the bag and let me know what size you are needing in return. (If I no longer have the size you need I will send you an email to let you know) & you will receive shop credit for that item.
- You will be sent an invoice for a $7 shipping fee for the different sized item to be sent to you!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - Updated on March 19, 2021.
- Cancelled Orders - If you want your order cancelled you will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- If you forget to use a code on your order, I will not cancel your order for you to order again so that you can use a code.
- I have to pay for cancelled orders and it has been happening way to often. So from here on out this will not be allowed!! No hard feelings. Just remember this is my business and how I make a living!
